Vitalik Buterin calls it Info Finance — the idea that markets function as information systems. Prediction markets are not betting but a tool with three functions:

Probabilities as price. What is the "true" chance that BVB qualifies for the Champions League? The market aggregates the knowledge of all participants into a single price — more efficient than any survey or expert opinion.

Markets react to new information in real time. A coaching change, an injury, a transfer rumour — the price moves before the headline appears. Prediction markets are the fastest news system in the world.

Financialisation of Truth
Pricing events forces honest assessments. Anyone who puts money on a claim has an incentive to be right — not popular. The result: a better, market-based representation of truth.
Smart Money Approach
We do not accept the odds of the mass market. The Pinnacle Oracle — the vig-adjusted probabilities of the world's sharpest bookmaker — serves as our truth reference. Any deviation on Polymarket or Kalshi from Pinnacle is a potential trading opportunity.

Roadmap
Akte BVB is part of Akte Bundesliga — 22 club sites for all first and second division teams. The predictions and intelligence infrastructure scales to every site.
Beyond that, expansion to Europe's top leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A) is planned — and to other sectors: Finance, Entertainment, Politics. Wherever events can be priced, the same principle works.
Credits
The dossier (Part 1) is based on a book production from 2020 that was not published due to the pandemic. Today's parts — especially the English edition, Intelligence, and Predictions — are independent new developments.
